Senators Shelley Capito (R-WV) and Jim Justice (R-WV) have introduced S. 5243, to provide for the automatic establishment of Trump accounts using information collected under the Enumeration at Birth Program (EAB) of the Social Security Administration (SSA).

SECURE 2.0 allows employers to offer Roth contribution options for SEP and SIMPLE IRA plans, expanding retirement savings flexibility for employees.

Senator Mike Lee (R-UT) has introduced S. 4010, the 21st Century Worker Act, to simplify employee classifications.

Representative Young Kim (R-CA) has introduced H.R. 7737, the Savings and Early Exposure to Diversified Securities (SEEDS) Act. The bill seeks to expand the eligible investments by allowing an index comprised of digital assets.
