1. Production Time
Normal time from receipt of order to shipment is one week for instock items and
three to four weeks for imprinted and special orders. Certain items may require
additional time.
2. Imprinting Information
All imprinting is in black ink and in our standard typestyle, unless otherwise
noted. Logos and special type can be imprinted on some items for an additional
fee (with logo provided in electronic format). Individual item descriptions
indicate the “standard” amount of information that we normally imprint on that
item. Please call us to check on special imprinting orders in which you want
more than the specified information.
3. Over And Underruns
Due to the nature of the printing process, a shipment of 10 percent over or
under the quantity ordered of an imprinted or customized item is considered
fulfillment of the order. You will be invoiced for the actual quantity you
receive.
4. Shrink Wrapping
We can package and shrink wrap to meet your specifications for a fee of $1.00
per shrink wrap package. Minimum 50 per package. Additional charges will apply
for other special requests.
5. Shipping
Shipments are F.O.B. from our warehouse. Most orders are shipped UPS. Please
inform us if you prefer another method. It is important that a street address
be listed when placing an order. Title to the goods passes to the purchaser at
the shipping point. The purchaser bears all risks related to the shipment of
the goods. Freight is prepaid by BISYS. Freight charges and a nominal handling
fee will be added to your invoice. Claims for damaged goods should be filed
directly with the carrier. In addition to preserving the damaged goods, UPS
requires that you save the container and packaging materials when making a
claim.
6. Lost Shipments
Invoicing occurs the week after the goods are shipped. If you have not received
your order within five days after receiving an invoice, please contact Customer
Service at (800) 346-3860, option 2, so that we may begin tracing the shipment
for you.
7. Returns
Please contact us if you have a question or problem with your order, or to
obtain an authorization for return of your merchandise. Items returned to BISYS
without a return authorization number will be refused. A 20 percent restocking
fee, plus the original postage and handling, will be charged for reasons other
than BISYS error.
8. Terms
Net 20 days. Deliveries are subject to sales and use taxes, where applicable.
Prices are subject to change without notice. This catalog supersedes and
replaces all previous catalogs.
