At BISYS® Retirement Services, we understand that plan
participants have demanding schedules which can make obtaining retirement
account information difficult. BISYS uses technology to meet their growing
information needs.
We offer 24-hour access to the Internet and an Interactive Voice Response (IVR)
system to review account information and initiate transactions.
Participant web site functionality includes:
- changing future contribution elections
- making transfers among current funds
- re-allocating balances
- viewing share price/number of shares
- checking daily fund results and prices
- viewing fund and portfolio summaries
- modeling a sample loan
- retirement planning tools
- producing loan paperwork/request loans
- requesting distributions

- submitting contribution elections/deferral percentages
