Production Time
Normal time from receipt of order to shipment is one week for in-stock items and three to four weeks for imprinted and special orders. Certain items may require additional time.
Imprinting Information
All imprinting is in black ink and in our standard typestyle, unless otherwise noted. Logos and special type can be imprinted on some items for an additional fee (with logo provided in electronic format). Please contact Ascensus Customer Service to inquire about special imprinting orders.
Over and Underruns
Due to the nature of the printing process, a shipment of 10 percent over or under the quantity ordered of an imprinted or customized item is considered fulfillment of the order. You will be invoiced for the actual quantity you receive.
Shrink-Wrapping
We can package and shrink-wrap to meet your specifications for a fee of $1.00 per shrink-wrap package (minimum 50 per package). Additional charges will apply for other special requests.
Terms
Net 20 days. Deliveries are subject to sales and use taxes, where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice.
