Shipping
Most orders are shipped regular UPS service. Please inform us if you prefer another method. A street address must be provied when placing an order. Title to the goods passes to the purchaser at the shipping point. The purchaser bears all risks related to the shipment of the goods. Freight is prepaid by Ascensus. Freight charges and a nominal handling fee will be added to your invoice. Claims for damaged goods should be filed directly with the carrier. In addition to preserving the damaged goods, UPS requires that you save the container and packaging materials when making a claim.
 
Lost Shipments
Invoicing occurs the week after the goods are shipped. If you have not received your order within five days after receiving an invoice, please contact Ascensus Customer Service so that we may begin tracing the shipment for you.
